Lexzur Connect for Google Workspace™: Case management integrated with your Gmail™.
Lexzur Connect for Google Workspace™ is an add-on to your Gmail™ account that allows smooth integration between your Lexzur instance and your Gmail™ account. By using the add-on, you will be able to directly add information, sync emails, access modules, and more within a few clicks.
How to access it?
Go to your Gmail™ account and click on the “Lexzur” logo. Start by opening an email, then click on authorize access. Enter your credentials and click “Log in” to connect Gmail™ to your Lexzur account.
You will be asked to enter the credentials of your Lexzur account for the integration to happen. You will also be able to add Data to the system, such as corporate matters, litigation cases, tasks, and more. Moreover, you will be able to log an email thread between yourself and another user, as a Matter Note, a Litigation Case, or Corporate Matter – through the “Log E-mail as” tab.
Furthermore, you will be able to include the whole email or select parts of it and attach the documents in the email to a specific matter straight away.
If you click on “Note”, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the matter or the contract name. Moreover, you can include the email attachments and include the email as an Attachment.

Outlook Connect: Integrate your Law Practice management system with your Microsoft Outlook
Outlook Connect is an add-on that directly connects your Outlook account with your Lexzur instance, allowing you to track and synchronize emails from Outlook to Lexzur. You can also add information and access certain modules directly from Outlook.
How to access Outlook Connect?
After downloading the add-on, you click on “Log in” to connect Outlook to your Lexzur account. You will be asked to enter the credentials of your Lexzur account for the integration to happen.
After the connection is made, you will be able to add data to the system, such as a company, corporate matter, task, and more – through the “Add New” tab. Outlook Add-on also allows you to log email threads between yourself and other users, such as a Matter Note, a Litigation Case, Corporate Matter, or Intellectual Property – through the “Log E-mail as” tab.
Furthermore, you will be able to include the whole email or select parts of it and attach the documents in the email to a specific matter. The “Activity Feature” allows you to have a quick view of where the email has been linked or used in the core system of App4legal. Know more from here
